Jeph Jacques on the Business of Web Comics

Mon Feb 2, 2009, 10:14 AM
There's an article over at Jeph Jacques' LiveJournal that makes for a pretty interesting read, if you have any interest whatsoever in web comics and web comic artists. In it, Jeph [of QC fame] takes an in-depth look at an article by Neil Swaab, who criticizes the web comic industry and its various business models. I really recommend you check it out!

Swaab recommends three new business models for web cartoonists to consider, and Jeph analyzes each model, and points out why they might not work as well as Swaab seems to think. Like I said, if you're into web comics at all, this article is really insightful.

Also, I registered on TheWebcomicList.com. Be sure to check out Boondock City's profile!
